Types of Data Collected

Albelissa, by way of example and not exhaustively, will collect the following categories of common personal data: name, surname, password, date of birth, residence, postal and electronic addresses, telephone contacts, academic qualifications, cookies, images, work experiences.

Albelissa will collect the aforementioned data from you and/or from websites managed by third parties or social networks through which Albelissa publishes advertisements (on behalf of client companies or on its own behalf) or through which it can consult candidate profiles. The data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of usage data, collected automatically during the use of this website.

The User assumes responsibility for third-party data shared and guarantees to have the right to disclose them, thus releasing the Data Controller from any liability towards third parties.

Processing Methods

The processing of data is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and data minimization. It is carried out both manually and through automated methods aimed at storing, processing, and transmitting them and will take place through adequate technical and organizational measures, as reasonably and in accordance with the state of the art, to ensure, among other things, the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of systems and services, avoiding the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, destruction, or unlawful use, as well as through reasonable measures to promptly delete or rectify inaccurate data for the purposes for which they are processed.

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of the website (for example: system administrators) or external subjects (for example: third-party technical services, IT companies) may have access to the data; these subjects will be appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller.

The processing of data takes place at the operational headquarters of the Data Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. User data may be transferred abroad to countries outside the European Union, namely:

  1. Argentina and Switzerland, whose level of data protection has been considered adequate by the European Commission pursuant to art. 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”);
  2. Brazil, China, Colombia, Hong Kong, India, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, United States of America upon signing by the data importer of the standard contractual clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) adopted/approved by the European Commission pursuant to art. 46, 2, lett. c) and d) of the GDPR;


The processing of data by the Data Controller takes place either because the User has given consent or because such processing is necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures with the User.

Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects are recognized the rights pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, where applicable. In particular, data subjects may request from data controllers access to data, their deletion, rectification of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete data, as well as restriction of processing in cases provided for in art. 18 of the GDPR.

Data subjects have the right to object, at any time, in whole or in part, to the processing of data necessary for the legitimate interest pursued by the data controllers.

Furthermore, data subjects, where the conditions for exercising the right to data portability pursuant to art. 20 of the GDPR are met, have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the data provided to data controllers, as well as, where technically feasible, to transmit them to another controller without hindrance. Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State where they habitually reside or work, or the State where the alleged violation occurred).

These rights can be exercised by writing by post to the address of the registered office indicated above, or by email to the following email address privacy@albelissa.com.

Withdrawal of Consent

Data subjects have the right to revoke consents given at any time by sending an email communication to privacy@albelissa.com; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal.
