What information do we gather?
Information on Albelissa.com is gathered in two ways:

Albelissa Srl, Controller of the processing of your personal data, would like to inform you that the personal data acquired during the job search relationship established between us will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned laws, and to also provide you with the following information.
Personal data processed
The data will be collected through compilation by the data subjects of the form set out and attachment of their own curriculum vitae or collected from third parties, independent Controllers of the processing (i.e. group companies, agents, commercial information companies, registers, lists or databases accessible to the public, etc.).
Only common data will be collected and processed within the limits that are strictly related to the obligations, duties, and purposes illustrated in Section 2 hereunder.
Methods of the processing
The data received will be processed using the mediums and methods considered sufficient to protect security and confidentiality of the personal data and may include any operation envisaged by law and necessary for the processing in question, specifying that the processing performed will be subject to the security standards offered by the Internet.
The data will be processed by Albelissa employees and/or by employees of leading external companies which guarantee processing and storage of the data in absolute compliance with the restrictions imposed by Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Purposes of the data processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

(b) proposal of job opportunities in-line with your skills

Nature of the provision and processing of personal data
Provision of personal data by the data subject, attachment of his or her curriculum vitae, and consent to the processing of these data are optional. However, if authorization is not granted for processing of the personal data, we will be unable to carry out the recruitment, hiring and evaluation activities.
We do not generally seek to collect sensitive personal data through this site. If we do seek to collect such data, we will ask you to consent to our proposed uses of the data. We may also collect some sensitive personal data incidentally. By providing us with unsolicited sensitive personal data, you consent to our using the data subject to applicable law as described in this Privacy Statement. The references to "sensitive personal data" are to the various categories of personal data identified by European and other data privacy laws as requiring special treatment, including in some circumstances the need to obtain explicit consent. Your data may be communicated and processed by Albelissa’s group of companies and organization based inside or outside Italy, to data processors or persons in charge of the processing designated by our company or to third parties that, in Italy or outside Italy, provide specific services or perform activities that are connected, instrumental, or in support of the procedures and purposes for which you provided your data.
Furthermore, for the purposes of processing as set forth in this disclosure, your data may be transferred, even temporarily, in EU Member States or in countries outside the EU, within the limits provided by articles 43 and 44 letter b) of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, to be processed by other entities acting on behalf of Albelissa Srl, under specific contractual obligations.
The data shall be processed in compliance with Article 11 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. The data shall always be processed according to logics that are strictly related to the indicated purposes and according to procedures that guarantee the security and privacy of those data, through the adoption of adequate measures to prevent their alteration, deletion, destruction, or unauthorized access, or processing that is unauthorized or inconsistent with the purposes of the data collection.
The data will be kept for the period necessary to allow us to manage and monitor the recruitment process; and/or retained so as to be able to consider your qualifications later if a suitable position becomes available and, if appropriate, refer back to this if you submit a resume or other information to Albelissa again in the future, as well as for more general management and research purposes.
